2012 Imaging Classic Player Registration Now Open!

By Debi Farnham, ARRT, CRT

March 2012—Time for the annual AHRA Imaging Classic Golf Tournament!  This year’s tournament will be held at the Falcon’s Fire Golf Club in Orlando, FL, 1.5 miles from the Gaylord Palms (where the AHRA 2012 Annual Meeting will be held).  Falcon’s Fire offers a challenging yet playable course for a relaxing round with colleagues or a friendly competition.

The registration fee includes greens fees, lunch, cart, and transportation to and from the course. Players may enter individually or as part of a team. The tournament, a scramble format, will be followed by an awards ceremony and lunch. Sponsorship opportunities are available.

Tournament Details:

  • Location: Falcon’s Fire Golf Club, Kissimmee, Florida
  • Sunday, August 12, 2012
  • Start: 8:00am depart Gaylord Palm/9:00am shotgun start
  • Format: Scramble (4 players/team)
  • Fee: $100 per member / $125 per non-member

This is a fun event on another great course! It doesn’t matter if you are a low handicap or don’t even know what a sand wedge is – the great thing about the scramble format is we all play together using the best shot of the group. Plus what could be better than a Sunday drive through a beautiful course with great people, great prizes, good food, and so much fun mingling with your friends old and new?

As a special challenge, let’s get some more ladies out there this year! It would be great if we could outnumber the guys!

I know I will be on the course.  Hope to see you there.
